To place an order on Sauthon you do not have to create an account, however it is strongly advised to do so. Discover our site via the headings at the top of the page. You can also search by keyword in the search bar at the top of the page. Locate the world of your child's bedroom and select the quantity, then click on the "Add to basket" button. Click on the cradle icon in the top right-hand corner to see all the items you have selected. You can modify or delete items. If you have a promotional code, don't forget to enter it at this stage. When you've finished shopping and you're ready to pay, click on "ORDER". Log in or register if you haven't already done so. If you don't wish to do so, you can always fill in the requested information as an "instant order". Confirm the information by clicking on "ORDER". Confirm your delivery and payment options. Confirm your payment to finalize the order.

Unfortunately, we are not always able to find out the reason why your payment has been refused. We invite you to check that your bank details and name are entered correctly, and also to enter your credit card numbers without spaces. Please note that your furniture products will be delivered by a different carrier to your textile/decoration/apparel products. After placing the order, we usually need 1 to 3 days to prepare the items. Once the package has been dispatched, delivery takes approximately 5 to 7 days, depending on the carrier's shipping speed. ATTENTION: This time may change if your products are not available in stock.

Returns

If you purchased your product from one of our reseller stores, you must contact them. If you are a Sauthon customer, please ensure that products are returnable and in saleable condition in their original packaging within an eligible return period from the date of purchase. We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for most items. You are responsible for returning your item to Sauthon Industries, customer service ZI Cher du Prat 23000 Guéret. After checking the product, we will proceed with a refund. Don't forget to send us an e-mail to our customer service web@sauthon.fr

We know that children grow up quickly, so for reasons of speed, we advise you to request a refund and place a new order. But if you're patient, you can return the item in question to Sauthon Industries, service clients ZI Cher du Prat 23000 Gueret. After checking the product, we will send it back to you.

For all requests for assembly instructions and service sheets, our customer service department is there to help you. To do so, please send us a photo of your piece of furniture and its reference number. Don't worry if the label isn't identical, we have several variations.

For textiles, via this link with photos, your order number and the photo of the label sewn onto the product.
